Unfortunately, Sufjan Stevens did not win the Oscar for his original song, “Mystery of Love,” written for Call Me By Your Name. He did, however, have the opportunity to perform it on the stage at the Dolby Theatre for the 90th Academy Awards alongside St. Vincent, Moses Sumney, Chris Thile, Casey Foubert, and James McAlister. It was a simple performance – no choreography or fancy lighting. It was all about the sweet sound…and his sparkly, pinstripe, Gucci Tuxedo, of course. Watch below.
